Prices and payment
All prices and charges on this site are in GB pounds. They include any VAT payable, but delivery charges may vary.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your shopping basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative or suggest that you visit our store.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit our store. Please note that products, prices and offers in our store may differ from those featured on this site.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, and Switch. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
No corrections can be made once the press ‘submit order’ button. If you have made an error after selecting the submit button please call us on 020 8773 2333 or email email@example.com. After you submit an order we will give you an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered by email. This will be your receipt.
Our standard delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Anglesey, The Scilly Isles and the Scottish islands). Other destinations by telephone request. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).
Next day delivery is not guaranteed and is suitable for UK addresses with these exclusions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and other off-shore islands.
Our delivery times may change depending on stock levels. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. but you will be notified in advance.
Our charge depends on the type of product ordered and whether you choose standard delivery (3-5 working days), or a premium service. The applicable standard delivery charge (if any) is shown on each product page. There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service. Orders are generally delivered by courier. For larger products you will be contacted about delivery dates for standard delivery as part of the order process.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. For next day delivery (if available) please order before 10:00am.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Any request to leave parcels with neighbour’s or left safe may be taken into account, however this cannot be guaranteed. If you ask for the parcel to be left without signature Kewlee’s will not be held responsible if the parcel goes missing when delivered.
Returns policy – missing, damaged or incorrect orders
If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused
- Orders which are cut or made to measure to meet your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges
- The item you receive is faulty or damaged (we may require pictures)
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away on 020 8773 2333 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please bear in mind that aluminium ladders can get slight scratches during transit which is quite normal, however any major damages will be dealt with promptly.
We will arrange collection of any damaged or incorrect order and give you the option of a replacement or a full refund (excluding any delivery charges).
Kewlee’s can provide loft ladder installations, fencing erections and artificial grass laying by using one of our approved contractors. Please be aware that these contractors are recommended installers and NOT directly employed by Kewlee’s. Our contractors have been carefully selected to provide a first class service together with quality workmanship, however, Kewlee’s cannot except any liability for these contractors and any disputes (we will of course do all that we can to rectify any disputes) will need to be taken up with the contractor.
Any estimates provided by Kewlee’s will be laid out in full of the works required. Any additional work requested by the customer will incur additional costs. A deposit of 50% will be required before any work can commence with the remaining balance to be paid in full on completion.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. We do not store credit card information nor do we share customer’s details with any 3rd parties.
